Dear Debbie the Water Lady,

Should I really let my water faucet drip a little bit when its freezing outside? I don't want a really high water bill. Please help!

Yes, when the weather forecast is for below freezing temps go ahead and let the water DRIP not a stream of water, just a little plop-plop-plop- etc. Remember to use a faucet that is closest to the outside wall of your house!
